She also graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2005 from Quinnipiac University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.  While attending college and law school, she worked at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, Connecticut.

In addition to law, Allison enjoys working on the business operations, design, and growth of Floman DePaola, LLC.   She finds it exciting to create a firm full of people who are passionate about our culture, our practice areas, and most importantly, our clients.  In 2016 and 2017 Floman DePaola, LLC was recognized by Law Firm 500, ranking in the top one-hundred fastest growing law firms in America.  This award was based in part on operational excellence and commitment to client service.

In an effort to educate the community on estate planning, probate/estate administration, and long term care, Allison teaches adult education classes through Branford ERACE covering topics such as: “What you need to know about Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning”; “Myths and Truths about Living Trusts”; “The Connecticut Probate Process” and “Planning and Paying for Long Term Care.”

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family, practicing yoga, and boating in the long island sound.
